Here is the local grocery store I go to almost daily, it is a 30 minute walk from our apartment.
It is modern but fairly limited in terms of western foods. Tried to give you and idea of the different dried foods.

btw, Bob says you started running and I think that is awesome. I am making progress - thankfully knees are holding up to the longer times! I did well with the "Running Room" training technique of running 10 minutes and walking 1 minute. I heartily recommend it! Ciao, Julie
